Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the Vyronex Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. You may not use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to process or distribute.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, viruses, or content designed to disrupt systems.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the Service.
• Circumvent quotas, authentication, or billing.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product.
• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, or exploitative.
• Process audio containing CSAM or content that violates minors' rights.

2. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Plans include reasonable usage limits. Sustained use that materially degrades service for others may be rate-limited or require a higher plan.

3. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse via the Contact page. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this AUP.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination, at our discretion and in proportion to the harm.
