Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Vyronex collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the Vyronex website, dashboard, and APIs (the "Service").
1. Data We Collect
- Account data — email, display name, authentication identifiers.
- Content data — audio files you upload and any derived metadata, manifests, and packs.
- Usage data — device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and events needed to run and improve the Service.
- Billing data — plan, invoices, and payment-processor references. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, secure, and operate the Service (e.g. processing your audio, running AI-assisted renaming, generating manifests and ZIPs).
- To manage your account, subscriptions, and support requests.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the Service (aggregated and de-identified analytics).
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data under contract (to deliver the Service you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (where required, e.g. some cookies), and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with processors that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, database and storage providers, AI inference providers, and payment processors. A current list is available in our Data Processing Addendum. We do not sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded audio and generated packs are retained per your plan's storage limits, and can be deleted from the dashboard at any time. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us via the Contact page to exercise them.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. See our Security page for details.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
